Temple Hill Academy 5th Graders Experience "Book Tasting"
The Temple Hill Academy fifth graders were introduced to their new ARC Unit with a book tasting. Each 5th grade classroom was converted into The Goldie Cafe. The students moved from table to table wearing their chef hats to "taste" a new ecosystem. In this unit, the students research and become experts on an ecosystem with an end result of completing their own research project. This was a great way to expose the students to different ecosystems and get them excited for the upcoming unit!
