Online Registration is Available at 极速六合彩Schools.org/Registration. A child must be 4 years old on or before December 1st, 2020 to be eligible for the 2020-2021school year and meet requirements for proof of residency in the 极速六合彩t.

2020-2021 Registration Requirements:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunizations
3. Physical/Health Appraisal (within last calendar year)
4. Proof of Residency documents: you must submit at least 1 primary and 1 supplementary (please visit the registration page at newburghschools.org for acceptable documentation)
5. Identification of Parent/Guardian
6. Custody/Foster Care Documentation (if applicable)
7. IEP (if available)

5. Identificación del padre / tutor
6. Documentación de custodia / cuidado de crianza (si corresponde)
7. IEP (si está disponible)
